It arrived some books and disco in my mail last week and I will give you a sneakpeak of the one that popped directly into my top 3 of this year!. It is even so beautiful that I would say it´s one of the prettier of a long time.....the feeling is a little bit like the magnificent "Essential cuisine" by Michel Bras but with more thoughts around everything and the evolution of the restaurant.
It´s Eleven Madison Park - cookbook that i´m talking about if you didn´t figure that out...
They serve a menu all based around sucklingpig - nose to tail
