Fine Food , Stockholm

This is Fine Food out in Hammarby Sjöstad, a nice "deli" run by Anders and Petra. They have been running the store for a couple of years and has recently gone more towards offering lunches to a bigger crowd, stuff from the bakey and food to take on the run.
The kitchen produces good stuff that suports the selection of cheese and meat
They got a fantastic location that feels international and could be in a big city

Anders has gone crazy in baking so he starts in the middle of the night to make everything " in house"
The kitchen is located in the end and we were lucky enough to get a table...
The choice for all of us were the chili and it was a great pick!

Anders is not only one of the most energetic people I have met, he is also a oformer chef so you will find the boss behind the counter...

Anders has 100 ideas runing at the some time and he was the man that showed us how great a cous cous can be when he imported some great stuff from a family in Tunisia.

It´s always inspiring to visit the Ölwe-couple and I hope it won´t be too soon until we meet again!
