Haven´t been doing more than working so nothing new under the sun more than some good shows at Norrlandsoperan and that kind......
Realised that I took some pictures from a "wet" evening some weeks ago.
Had invited some dear friends for dinner at home but I totally underestimated my work at the business that week so the time on my side was to say the least not on my side..... so instead of prepping well in advance it got a little bit rushed and a la minute ;) Well it tasted good and was great fun anyway !
Everyone brought two bottles of " something ", do I need to say it was a fun and looooong dinner hahaha !

The menu for the evening " Black Truffle from France and Gotland and some veggies "
* Royal of cauliflower and truffle
* Egg 63.8 degrees, creamy jerusalem artichoke, trufflecaviar and toasted breadcrumbs
* Seleriac with toasted hazzelnuts, browned butter and truffle
* Pumpkin and truffle gyoza in a mushroom broth and some more grated truffle
* Lightly steamed cabbage in trufflebutter with salsify and kohlrabbi with salt rosted marcona almonds, cauliflower cream and truffle
* Pasta, truffle, truffle pecorino from Busti, new harvest olive oil and grated mushrooms
* Risotto with onions and chantarelles creamed with jerusalem artichoke and more truffle
* Warm cream of Comte extra and Tomme Basque with grated truffles
